Very happy with the service here. Called at 8AM Monday morning with "emergency" tire replacement. Staff was very pleasant for a Monday morning, and not only did they get me in right away, they said it'd be done by noon. I got a text at 10 saying my truck was ready. Courtesy ride back to work after dropping my truck off was a nice touch too. 👍🏻👍🏻 for Kal-Tire Portage La Prairie.

Worst service ever. I wanted to buy winter tyres, there were two people ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes for the salesman to finish with the aforementioned people, after I told him i want winter tyres, he decides to help two people who came in after me. They were there for pickups, I figured he wants to be efficient and get the easy stuff out of the way. After those two people were taken care of, he checks to see the type of tyres I need and prices. In walks another customer, salesman asks if the new customer is in for a pickup, new customer says he needs a tyre fixed on his trailer. Salesman stops working on my quote and helps the new customer. I leave. Seriously, if the guy didn't want to sell me tyres he should have told me when I got there, 15 minutes earlier.

Awesome service from Jesse Bichard. I'm the kind of lady that knows NOTHING about tires. Jesse was awesome! One of the most genuine people I've ever dealt with, going out of his way to make sure I was happy with the tires I purchased. Hands down best service I've had in a long, long time.
