My Kolachi Karahi & BBQ House located in Mississauga is one of the most famous Desi restaurant. They serve authentic Pakistani food with delicious taste. The quality and quantity of food is on point. Regards to the interior it’s pretty nice and vibrant. It’s surely a must try with friends and family.

Overall: excellent experience we will be back for sure and will invite guests here too. Plus's: 1. Excellent food. The paya, halwa puri nashta, were all excellent. Naan was great. The puri was a bit oily but the omelette was excellent desi style. 2. Service was great : the servers were attentive and courteous. The food was ready in reasonable time and was brought out all together. The servers keps checking in on us and everything went great. 3. The ambiance is well done. Not over the top, tasteful and comfortable. 4. Value for money: great. At around $20 per head ut was very readonable for what it came out to. For a little bit more money that McDonald's its realky awesome and delicious food in good ambiance. 5. Cleanliness. The restrooms and restaurant were all clean and well kept. The place is fairly new, i hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness in the coming months and years. 6. For those that need they have a prayer room. The minus's: 1. Honestely hard to say. We had a great time. If anything this is a busy plaza and at night i can imagine parking would be hard to find. But nothing against the restaurant.. Try it, I would say for sure. A great add to the pakistani food space in the regions.

Went for dinner and a great experience! The food took 45mins to get to us, but it was nice hot! Paired with some hot butter naan freshly made. Staff was great, but I would recommend to be a little bit more organized. We ordered the chicken biriyani, MyKolachi Nihari, White Karahi and some butter naan. Would recommend placing the food order before coming, as it does take some time to come to your table.

This is the best karahi’s in Mississauga! The owner was super friendly and the wait staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times during our meal. The restaurant is located in the Dixie Square shopping strip mall. It has ample parking and the inside was spacious and had room enough for extra large groups. The menu is extensive when it comes to options. The Behari kabobs were totally amazing as was everything on the charcoal family grill platter. The goat karahi and chicken malai boti karahi were off the charts! Fresh, piping hot, quality meat and ingredients in everything! Every single entree had its own unique flavors and was totally different than other items we ordered. The BEST Pakistani dinner entrees are showcased here. We live in Chicago and have been all over. This is a must stop place whenever we are enroute to Toronto and on the way back to the states. It’s that good!!! Great job and I’m happy to say this is “My Kolachi” connection and where I want to go to get real desi Pakistani good eats!!

First time coming here, and probably our last. The moment we entered, we werent greeted. We had to draw someones attention. We got a server wearing what appeared to be a black sweater. She didnt show much effort in building a rapport with us and did not seem energetic. She mentioned our order will take half an hour to make. Once she took our order, we noticed throughout our wait and dining experience, she ended up sitting in the corner with another colleague chatting away and eating. Possibly a bad sign of the things to come. It made more sense as time went on. Before our order arrived 40 minutes into the wait, our server and her colleagues working at the restaraunt did not check in on us. Not once. Their was no music or sense of friendliness within the environment. The servers seem to be huddled and talking amongst themselves. A new server came to give our order keeping in mind its coming late of chicken karahi boneless half, and 3 butter naans. When asked where the pop drink, raita and onions were, she said she will bring them over. She brought the rest of the order to us and yet failed to provide the onions since they claimed they did not provide salad with the kharai and naan we ordered. It was clear our first server failed to communicate with the one currently serving what our order was. It was even more clear that the third server wasn't aware of the butter chicken we ordered to go, wasn't provided until we reminded them. The food quality did not improve the experience. The butter naan was pleasant; warm and crispy. The chicken kharai hardly had much flavor. It appeared burned and tasted more like a curry. They quantity of kharai provided was small and was a bit amusing considering the size of the pot they served it in was large. It's definetly not worth the 24 dollars that we paid for it. After eating, we asked for the bill and a 3rd new server asked us to wait 2 mins for the payment machine. I had to remind this server of the butter chicken order we asked to go, which they had to check in. The server got preoccupied with other orders and I had to get up to go to the front to draw their attention so I could make the payment. A serious lack of communication, attentiveness, enthusiasm, active listening, and establishing rapport; the servers here clearly did not appear to show any sign of providing customer service, let alone wanting to be there. I hope their team looks into this constructively, especially the servers working the front line. The place was hardly half full and they clearly have the number of staff to serve properly. We paid up to 55 dollars for our order and left. Overall it was not worth the experience, and not the best way to start the year. Worst experience ever! We got early to the restaurant for dinner, there wasnt that much rush, however we still had to wait over one hour for food! And when the kabob platter came the bihari kabob was TOTALLY RAW!! We were in complete shock like how can you plate something totally raw and pink and uncooked??!? Was it a mistake made because the kitchen is mismanaged? Whatever the case was the manager didnt even apologize and said we will replace with another kabob. What they should have done was not charge us for the kabob plate since they served completely raw meat and it could cross contaminated with the rest of the meat in the platter. They could have redeemed themselves by an apology and not charge us for the platter. We will not be dining here again , horrible experience.

Our 1st visit to this location in Mississauga. Nice ambiance. Highly recommended to use table top, improve customer service and keep both washrooms frequently maintain. Food was served with good portions.

A Pakistani restaurant serving Indian sub continent food. Tried their platter and chicken karahi. Food is good but little pricy.

Ambience and service is great! The wait time is a bit long when you're visiting outside of peak hours however as soon as you taste the food, you're convinced every minute was worth the wait. The bbq platter is scrumptious and so are the signature karahi dishes. Daal karahi is bombastic with garam garam naans. Food is delicious compared to others in the area and definitely worth revisiting to satisfy the taste buds.
