MY Restaurant

This restaurant is located in a plaza near Markham road and Hwy 7. They are offering take out only for the time being. I tried out their baked pork chops with rice set meal which comes with soup and drink for only $10. Their pork chops is very tender and thick, portion is good and price is unbeatable. It’s one of the best in town, highly recommended!

This is one of the best hidden gems at Unionville main. Authentic Hong Kong cafe dishes with generous portions. My go to is the black pepper chicken with fries and milk tea. Try it you won’t regret it. Captured this photo back in 2019 and 4 years later, I am still getting it. They have been take out only post Covid.

Price is great, food is really good. Probably one of the better HK cafe in Markham. Price to quality ratio is probably #1 in Markham. Would come back to try again for lunches and dinners.

First time to try there foods, ordered online and went to pick up. Found out I could get cheaper price if I called to order. Because they always had tea set or special daily menus. Foods were ok. Could not expect too much in these price.

Take out only. Ordered chicken Pad Thai, which camw with a spring roll. The Pad Thai, quite inexpensive though, was mainy very soft salty oily noodles. Very little chicken or anything else.

Great place to get inexpensive Hong Kong style Chinese food. A lot of bang for your buck. I usually get whatever is on the daily specials because those are great deals. I really like the tomato and cheese pork chop on rice or the curry beef brisket. You get way more meat than you'd expect.

Ordered Rice Noodles with Beef and Black Bean Sauce for take-out. Very good.Food: 4/5

After all the good reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Honestly, their Spaghetti Bolognese is the best! I love trying new dishes, but every time I order from this place, I couldn't help but order this again and again. If I go often enough, I would choose something different but it's not convenient to where I live. But I do look forward to trying other dishes, if I don't crave for their Spaghetti Bolognese next time! The staff at the restaurant is always friendly and well-mannered, whether they are on the phone or in-person. What a hidden gem!

Not sure what happened to the old Google page with all its reviews but M.Y. restaurant has been around for a while now and they're serving delicious and affordable HK cafe food. My favourite local HK cafe! They have daily specials on the white board when you go in store which are great value and comes with soup and a drink. The staff are quick and friendly and have adapted to provide contactless pickup.

Had stir fried rice noodle with beef and it’s really lack of flavour. Also ice milk tea was not the typical milk tea you will get, just taste blend. Only reason you would go there is for the value of the meal.
