Management really needs to focus on service. It is very slow. We were 4 people ordered 4 items. They took so long and then brought 1 item at a time. Meaning that none of us could start till the last one arrived. To make things worse they brought out burnt naan for a little child. Had to ask them 3 times before any response back. Will not be coming back here. No point of decorating a place if service and food is not up to par.

Good food and it’s great that the menu shows gluten free options however the washrooms have no soap and no hand sanitizer.
Visited this place to try a new place ,did not found up to my taste ,specially curries are on sweeter side than being spicy even though asked for ,masala dosa was served with curry instead of sambhar .not wort the visit.
Great food and great service too. We came here after our horrible service at Incredible India and we were impressed at the contrast between both these restaurants. This place actually had places to sit and a great variety of food, plus it tasted amazing! The staff were very helpful and were nice and overall was a great night.
Food was good. Prices were reasonable. However, management really needs to work on their staff and their training. Well trained smiling and courteous staff can enhance customer experience as well create strong loyalty. Also we had to call employees ourself everytime rather than them checking on us to ensure we are okay. Perhaps that might not be there fault as there were only two employees working- an opportunity to hire enough and optimal staff level. Hospitality industry is not easy to run, it requires lot of detail work.
Very unexpected experience we had. Despite of only few of us dining, food service was slow. Food was cold not even warm. Not to mention about cutlery and plates full of stains and food leftovers. But server was very polite and humble and she did her best.
Was looking for good cheap Indian food and this definitely did the trick. Based on a friend's recommendation, we decided to go for dinner on a Saturday night. Place wasn't too packed, and decor was pretty nice. I ordered the Veg Thali, which was definitely the dish where you get the most bang for your buck! It came with rice, 3 curries of your choice, naan or roti, a small salad, a yogurt based curry, and a choice of 1 of 2 desserts, all for only $7! All the food was great and had just enough spice. I'd definitely go again just to order the same thing!
Okay so the food is good here. The decor is nice too. But this place has horrible customer service. We had the bhel for starters and it was the worst I've had. It was sour! The parathas were really good. We had aloo and mix and both were delicious. The raita was oddly salty. It came with lassi which arrived half way into the meal. We also tried the thali which was good. The malai kofta was amazing. Naan and roti were nice and soft. So with the bad start the meal turned out good. Every single person working here looked miserable. Look up and smile people! Our server had food stains all over her clothes. Such a turn off. We had to ask 5 times for our lassi. I asked for a bag for my leftover container and I was told to get it by myself from the cash. Basically this place is good for take out if you don't want the people working there to ruin your meal.
Hidden gem in a very ordinary plaza. The service is a bit slow but the quality of food more than makes up for it. Each dish/sabji has its own unique flavour and the grease is not overdone like most punjabi places. Service was with a smile. We ordered the jalebi-rabri for dessert and it was heavenly. Also serving size was good to share. I would recommend the management to replace menus plastic or laminate. We will definitely visit again.
