I stopped at this spot with a friend from out of town around 5:40pm today to grab a drink and an appetizer. Got our drinks in about 15 minutes and were told by our server that the kitchen was closed. My question is, how are you running a bar that is open until 9pm and your kitchen closes at 6pm? In addition, there was a group of people there who were served pizzas. So is your kitchen closed or not? Regardless, it is ILLEGAL FOR ANY LIQUOR LICENCE HOLDER TO NOT PROVIDE LIGHT MEALS AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THE PREMISES. Liquor Licence Act, R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 719, s. 351.
One of the best outdoor patios in the city. Went for an after work event for a few hours. The staff is friendly, people in a good mood because the patio feels great.
