Murphys Ice Cream Parlour

I personally love this ice cream place.Many options to choose from. Menu contains many sundaes and various flavours. You also have the option to customize your ice cream with a wide variety of toppings. Frozen yogurt is also available. The place is at a beautiful location, which is a cherry on ‘ice cream’.

Great place to get an ice cream, staff is very nice and very helpful. Couldn’t decide what flavour to try, but I finally decided on the new pistachio Sunday. It was very very good, the pistachio cream is a little sweet, but the crunchy pistachio nuts are a nice touch.

I love this location! In the summer it’s so nice since there’s seating available outside although there isn’t much shade available. The ice cream itself is always so good everyone gets different flavours so we can try from each others! Personally liked their Mango flavoured ice cream the most

This place is one of the best Ice Cream Parlours I’ve ever been to. It’s in a super cute area in Streetsville that makes you feel like you’re in a small town from a movie. Murphy’s has a wide variety of options and all equally tasty amazing, plus they have Gluten Free waffle cones! Murphy’s is never a disappointment :

My friend who is pregnant had a craving for ice cream, Murphy's was the closest place to us and had good reviews so we stopped here. My friend asked if they allowed samples and the staff member said yes, but only one sample per person. My friend tried the maple walnut and really wanted to try the pistachio to compare. I got a sample of pistachio and shared it with her. The staff member upon seeing my friend try my sample said I'm going to have to charge you for that sample now. Its only one per person. I told her I didn't understand why, because its my one sample. She said that she's just following company policy. If a business has such stringent policies on something as simple as a product sample which is a typical practice in ice cream establishments, they should have it outlined clearly to meet customer expectations. It was such a minor thing that would have resulted in a sale but instead affected the experience that I received as a customer. Murphy's might have good ice cream I wouldn't know, but if they do, their customer service and policies don't reflect it.

Had a great experience. 3 minutes wait and we were in and out as soon as our order was ready. All the girls were really helpful. This was my first time and definitely going back again. They have sitting area open and the table and chairs are well separated. Good job girls!!!
