The Kind Exchange

I came in today with a few pieces of clothing, when I called the lady told me they accept clothes that cost $45 or more. I made sure to bring in clothes from Love Pink, Zara & Guess clothing.. But the cashier was only interested in the two dresses from Guess (Each piece I paid over 100 dollars, and only wore once). The cashier offered me $4.50 a piece, I took my clothes home with me for obvious reasons. DO NOT waste your time.

I’m re writing my review because I want to keep it real. The old manager was simply amazing. This new one is a little off. She has been nice but rude to me at the same time in a passive aggressive manner. But overall nice. However, I saw her treat someone of colour poorly and I was not impressed. I’m not sure if she would have done the same to me if I was in that situation but regardless it was rude and uncalled for. The lady asked to see a purse and she’s like “I just put it up Though” and the ladies like “ok” she’s like “so do u still want to see it?” The lady said yes. Do you not hang up stuff for the customer to look at if they want to? If it catches their attention would you not take it down? Who cares that you put it up are you insinuating that she is probably not going to purchase it and waste your time ? Are you that lazy? Like what is it. (It was a brand name purse). Anyways this same lady has gone out of her way for me. So I don’t know what to think anymore. I never had a problem with them buyin off of me (they are selective but there’s never been a time where I went and they didn’t buy at least one thing). I like the organization of the store extremely easy to look through and everything is good quality. You won’t make anything significant that’s for sure. But worth a visit.

This company needs to update the hours on their website. Came all the way down here to find they aren't open until 12. Wish I checked Google hours but thought the website would have been correct.

Dropped by to sell two bags of clothes. The cashier found one shirt she liked and purchased it. The margin going in is what I expected. They give you 30% of their selling price. I was a bit disappointed that out of all the items she only took one shirt. She did kindly explain that she wasn't looking so much for H&M clothing but more mid-ranged price items such as banana republic, zara and Calvin Klein items. Also, it's worth noting that they are now building a mens section in their store and till they do they have a smaller limited selection. I did appreciate how organized and well kept the store was. Also, how friendly the cashier was.

I went in with a garbage bag full of clothing items. A little sign on the store said they loved brand names such as H&M, F21 and so on; I had several pieces from those stores. Looking through the selection they had on their racks it looked like they would take a decent amount of my clothing. After 10-15 min they said they would take one item which was a dress I bought off ali express. The price they offered was not even close to half of how much I actually bought it for. Don't waste your time coming here. Just make your way to Plato's instead. It's a little farther but more worth it.
