I was in a rush and the staff were caught up with a customer that was complaining and holding up the line. A staff that was in her jacket ready to leave for her shift came and helped me quickly so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. Very nice staff and the store was clean and organized. They are also very helpful with picking out products that will work perfect with your skin type.

Came in with a friend and was met by a surly saleswoman named Terese. Unfortunately for us, she was the one who ended up helping, or should I say, stalking us all over the store. She was pushy, rude and uneducated. We had many questions about products that we were interested in and she was unable to answer any of them in a professional manner. She seemed like a newbie in the cosmetics world and was just trying to make a sale. Will never shop here again because of her. Hope the store manager sees this and decides to hire better people who actually know what they’re talking about.

OK so not really my place so it may seem like I’m not a good judge to tell you whether this place is good or not however I could not get my partner out of here with a crowbar she loved all the make up and beauty things and hints that she was getting from the staff I literally had to drag her out of the place over her strong objections so I’m going to have to assume that if you’re into beauty or make up you’re gonna love this place she was also a big fan because you could earn and spend your shoppers drug Mart points here the only thing I was disappointed in what is it took about 45 minutes away from us looking around West Ed mall

Went in with a wealthy gentleman and he bought a $100 face cream, was given lots of praise and "thank you's" and left with a small bag of 10 "gifts" aka testers, I went in a couple days later, bought the SAME cream and wasn't even given a "thank you for shopping at murale" let alone any testers, and yes it was the same woman working, they obviously pick favorites since this isn't the first time this has happened
