Amazing experience for first time visiting! The worker was very knowledgeable with their product, provides enough information and suggestions on which products are suitable for my sensitive-oily skin. After couple days of using their products I.e. calendula deep cleansing foaming face wash, toner, face mask, creams I see improvements in my troubled area. I Would 100% be coming back.
I'm shocked and immensely disappointed by the terrible customer service at Southgate Kiehl's. I ordered creamy eye treatment with avocado product online when it was on sale last Christmas season but didn't use it until this June. When I opened the bottle there was blue water mixed with cream which looked very ugly. I went to southgate store asking for a refund. The store representative said this ugly appearance was normal since it was a new and better formula for eye treatment. The company sent out the email to their customers to notify this change one year ago but the email was not sent to me. I am still not comfortable with the product and insisted to return the product and I showed her my email receipt, and the representative refused to refund the product. I felt insulted by the following reasons she provided. 1 She insisted on needing an original receipt with barcode which I received the order half year ago! She said the emailed receipt I printed was not acceptable, which is absolutely absurd. In this post Covid era, digital proof is accepted everywhere. No stores use that policy. You can pick up an order solely with email proof. Why can't you return a defective product with email receipt? 2 She said it was a new formula and the company sent out email one year ago about this water separation, but the packaging was absolutely the same as the old one. If the water separation from cream is normal it should be put down on the product description instead of sending out emails to customers. I have been a loyal Kiehl's customer for the past 5 years because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's utterly infuriating that they refuse the return of a defective product, and with unreasonable excuses. I hope that they can address this issue and improve their poor customer service. For all readers- be careful of this product.

Love the great product quality and sustainability of the brand. The ultra strength hand cream is a must have! Last week I visited Kiehls and someone cut in front of me in line, but Grace made sure everyone got helped in a timely way. Some awful people just like to put their patience to the test and I’m just glad everyone that works there are nice and helpful. Grace helped me with a seated consultation and found me a really good skincare routine.
Excellent service and Hannah had a knowledgeable experience for all the products in store, she explains which products I should use, her patients is excellent, she listen all my questions what I need , I give her 10 likes, will back again for sure.
I went here recently with my best friend to get some skin care products that suits our skin type and Hannah hooked me up with some great products. I am leaving this review almost after 2weeks of visit because i am super satisfied with the products she suggested me and so is my best friend. I was really impressed on how much she knows about skincare and it really shows she loves the job. Also, customer service was top notch. 100% recommend going to this location for some good skincare consultations.

I’ve struggled with acne and oily skin my entire life. I’ve used just about everything known to man and 80% of it I would have a reaction. I came in and met Cara and she listened to my concerns. She created a 3 product routine excluding ingredients that I knew I would react to. She sent me home with samples as I was hesitant to buy because the products are a little expensive. However, the price is 100% worth it! I’ve been using the products for about a month and my skin looks and feels amazing. Cara remembered who I was when I went back in to purchase the products and she was just as happy with my skin results as I was.
