I took my daughters for their first ear piercings, we had Estella, and she was wonderful! She made the experience comfortable for all of us, and was super gentle and friendly. She took the time to measure and make sure the piercing placement was perfect for us. The store was clean and welcoming as well. Great experience for all of us, and I'd definitely recommend. The ease of booking online was also a plus.

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed. 100% the best wax I've ever gotten! The lady who had worked with me was exceptional and made sure to take into account my facial structure and shape my brows accordingly. Wait time was minimal and the price was absolutely fantastic! I mean, where else will you get a professional eyebrow wax for $15? No doubt I will be recommending this his place to friends and family! 5/5

We took our 8mo old here today to get her ears pierced and are extremely pleased! Tanveet I hope I’m spelling this correctly! was very knowledgeable and we really appreciate the time she took to measure our squirmy girls ears precisely. She offered numbing cream and was very clean and quick with the piercings. She was also thorough with showing us after-care. We highly recommend and will return for future services. Thank you!

Great customer service!! Especially Victoria, she is a really sweet and polite lady. I got my nose pierced on Friday. She did a really good job. I was scared a lot because last time I got my piercing from somewhere else and it got really bad. I was scared a bit at this time too but Victoria did a really good job she handled everything like a pro and she explained me everything perfectly like how to take care of the piercing.

Took my daughter there to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. They were able to do both ears at once, made my daughter feel so comfortable that she didn't even cry and left the mall skipping and singing! Highly recommend!

Great customer service! And got us in super quick. Three of us ended up getting nose piercings with the piercer Nibal she was very welcoming and knew how to put a smile on your face. Defiantly would recommend!

She calmed me down as I was very nervous. Nibal got the job well done She explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely go back for her services.
