They have great veggie options. Including two different bratwurst and a very believable vegan chili. Also had the pretzel with a really amazing cheese sauce. There is plenty of outdoor dining throughout including outfront, as well as a covered patio both downstairs and upstairs. And if you get a brought worst be sure to check out their complementary condiments there’s tons to choose from and to load up on.
Had lunch here before heading back to Seattle. They get a bit busy. Good selection of German wursts. Not much to rate on service other than ordering your meal. Everything else is self serve for the toppings and assorted mustards, relish, and sauerkraut. There's a mini bar to order drinks. No frills.Food: 4/5
There is always a line and for good reason. The food is always great and the service is always great. It gets cold in the winter because it’s all outdoor seating but they do have heaters at most of the tables. Come check it out! Love the pretzels and brats!
This was such an amazing experience!! If you’re vegan, I’d 10/10 recommend the veggie wurst! The homemade apple sauerkraut is so amazing combined with one of the mustards. The wait time is very reasonable and the outdoor beer garden & fresh squeezed lemonade is exactly what we needed on such a hot day. Also- the price is so amazing!! Well worth every penny.
This place was phenomenal. I got their Warm Bavarian Pretzel, Organic Chicken Sausage, and lemonade and all were 10/10. I would absolutely come back here when we visit next and loved how the space is designed. Also they had sooo many mustards and condiments to choose from so you would for sure find what you like. Highly recommend!
Always delicious. The line is worth the wait. Get your order and enjoy a fresh beer while your order is being made. The upstairs has a great view. They added misters to help with hot summer days and also have heat on cold days! You can't go wrong with any of the sausages, but I strongly suggest the apple cider sauerkraut and champagne honey mustard.
Great restaurant for beer and brats! There is always a line of people waiting to eat at this restaurant. Not the best place to eat at on a cold night because the only option is outdoor seating….but the bratwurst ended up making it all worth it. We had the BIG BOB Bratwurst and the Dirtyface beer brat…both were very good. They have a huge variety of mustards to choose from and warm apple cider kraut sealed the deal!!! Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in Leavenworth.
This is the one, have to, go to spot for your brats. We were lucky to be there during the off season so it wasn't busy. I remember the line went into the street during peak season. We got a table with a fire right in front. I got the Big Bob's, he got the jalapeno and cheese. He also got the chilli and loved it. Staff was cool, all hustling with their duties. Huge selection of condiments and I couldn't decide which one, so I put a little of each of what I wanted to try. Cool little chill spot for your German sausage with a beer garden.
This little spot is a great experience during your busy day or weekend at Leavenworth. Their bratwursts are of course the best choice, but other menu items such as the soft pretzels, chili con carne, and soups are also fabulous. I really enjoyed the variety of customizations and condiments, the unique all-season indoor/outdoor seating arrangement and the friendliness of the staff. German sausages, craft brews & more served amid Bavarian decor with a verdant courtyard & music. Worth any wait you have to endure. We waited under 10 minutes to order - there was good seating since the turn around is steady. Great views up top and self serve water They have great veggie options.
