I was very concerned today when I stopped at this location for lunch today.  I enjoy Mucho for the plant powered protein bowl and have had it many time   .  However this time when ordered they proceeded to rip apart my falafel and throw it in the bowl then chucked other things in it     Please try to remember you eat with your eyes first!   I’m not six and don’t need my food mushed and second if your trying to save money by cutting back on quality do to current world situation think about this   I’m working hard in current world situations to spend my money at your place  This is clearly a bad operator this should go back to Mucho Burrito school.  They only hurt the brand

I have not been to a mucho burrito in many many years. Stop today, as soon as I saw this one. Still just as good! This is an excellent location. You need to stop in!

I am absolutely wild about this Mucho Burrito! I often use the Skip pick up option, and the wonderful staff always mix my burrito well! Everyone is always friendly, and it’s just a great experience!  Vegetarian options: I also snag the vegetarian options every time I go, and the pickled onions are TOP NOTCH!

I used to love this place. But I haven't been in several months. I went back 2 weeks ago and the service was so terrible, that I don't think that I will be going back again. The staff member made my ghost pepper burrito with cold, uncooked veggies and cold, cubed chicken. They barely grilled it so that when I tried to eat it, it was mostly cold. It was inedible. I had to toss it. I did send an email to corporate, but they never replied. They don't seem to care about customer service, and if this is the direction the company is going, then they've lost my business and my recommendation because yuck!

I love this place! I switched from somewhere else to Mucho looking for something with larger portions, healthier food and this is it! I always order on the Skip app - which is about 2 or 3 times a month from Mucho alone, and no matter if it's for the family, or just myself, they never miss a thing! They have called if they didn't have the "Bubly" water instead of guessing what to substitute, the food is always so good - and when asked - the extra protein is always subbed for what is indicated in the comments! Mucho Burrito is often times the first choice when choosing what's for dinner when I offer to buy!

Was there tonight around 5pm. The guy did not seem to care whatsoever about his job. Cheap on the toppings, very unclean. I think he didn't want to grill the tortilla too long because the press was filthy. The veggies looked like they has been sitting there awhile and the rice was not fully cooked. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience here. I usually don't give bad reviews unless it's really bad or they've done it multiple times. I feel like they just don't care about their business here and it reflects through their food and service. Too bad because I love mucho and I havent had any problems at the other locations. Guess I'll just have to stop by another location before I come into spruce.
