Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I wouldn’t even give one star if google allowed me. We ordered food for seven people and our orders were all mixed instead of three chicken bowls we get two only . We did not get what we. Ordered On website. All the orders were mixed and the vegetables weren’t sautéed and that also only green peppers and cut into big pieces. When we called the store owner she was not ready to listen the complaint she was not picking up phone when she came to know that we have a complaint and when she picked up she said that’s how the bowls are as if we don’t know. she was really rude I would never recommend this place be careful before spending your money. We didn’t even finish our lunch that day because we afraid that our stomachs will get upset. If we had same experience with Tim Hortons, McDonald’s or any pizza store they offer you free food but the owner’s response was like if she’s doing a favour to us by talking over the phone. The steak quesadilla was pretty good, but the portion size was a little smaller than the other Burrito places I've visited. Churros were delicious too!Food: 4/5

I came from vancouver, I am soo glad to find amazing food here. This was my first time coming to the restaurant. Even though there was quite a big line they served us quickly and were very friendly. The food was delicious and they have a big menu selection. The restaurant is clean. I am very happy by sevices provided by staff. For sure i am visiting this place again such a great and healthy food.

Placed an order for Uber delivery, horrible experience. Received with little salsa after paying extra to have double salsa no sour cream. Felt like eating dry rice with few veggies.

I visited there and had a nachos which were so delicious and tempting.

Yesterday i ordered 3 bowls and 5 burritos from mucho burrito and it was very fresh and healthy. I really liked the food and quality. Must visit the place.

Absolutely amazing service. Sukhan was wonderful and made a FANTASTIC burrito. This woman deserves praise for her attention to detail and proper respect for her job.

Love the meal I get here. Shrimp bowl with ancient grains topped with my selections of beans, vegetables and garnishes. Shrimp freshly prepared to order. Food is fresh and delicious. Okay for dining in. Vegetarian options: Options available for a pure vegetarian meal. Kid-friendliness: Okay for children. Parking: Many spots available for parking.

Usually mucho burrito is good but this time was one of the worst. I found a rock at the bottom of my burrito see attached picture upon bringing it up to the staff and showing them the rock or pebble, they said “ we do not use any ingredients with rocks in them”. No refund was issued just a sorry. Do yourself yourself a favor and do no yo to that store in Courtney park.

After ages had a veggie burrito with sumptuous filling!! The medium burrito did have more filling as compared to a small, so was satisfied and for sure value for money. Good choice of sauces! Ria, was extremely friendly checking on the choice of filling and in general so hospitable! Will be back!
