One of the best views of the city - probably the best view accessible by car. A few great hiking options nearby. Extremely friendly lady at the toll booth. 

Limited facilities up at the lookout aside from the pow wow grounds and a few statues and signs, don't expect a whole exhibition.

Really beautiful scenic views. Do not attempt to go past the sign that says don't go any further. The climb to the very top is dangerous. People have had to be rescued because they can't get back down and chased by bears because there is a lot of berries growing up there.  Pow-wow's are impressive at the scenic lookout.

Perfect, was only a bit early when I was there, by a week b4 they opened, but still had a wonderful time there.

Great and full view of the city from up there! We went right during mosquito season so the hiking trails weren't ideal, but I'm sure it would've been a lovely hike up to the top.
