One of the only places to get supplies for electronics projects and soldering, and now they don't 'sell to the general public'. On their website they used to talk about how they supported businesses as well as hobbyists, and how it was a core part of their business model. So much for that.

I used to go here all the time because they have stuff that's hard to come by. But now with the $25 minimum if I just need a fancy switch or a fancy plug I guess I can forget it. I guess they'll never see me again. I'll take my business to Amazon.

this business has stopped selling to walk in customers. They refused to sell me anything unless I could show I was a business and will pay with a PO. Don't bother going there. Feels like the death rattle of another brick and mortar store

No longer a retail store, Wholesale only. Used to get all my stuff there but now they just turn customers that shopped there for years away. Not a good business model. I guess Amazon it is. So much for "Shop local"

They have alot of good stuff, but their 10 day return policy is BS even when the item and package is in great condition. You need a longer return policy!!!! Couldn't even return a 6 dollar item. I'll just buy things from Amazon!

I dropped in to buy a 9-volt battery clip but was told that the minimum purchase was $25. What possible purpose could such a policy serve? Then I asked if they had any project boxes, and was told that they were all in the back. There was no offer to bring them out. Terrible service. They certainly do not cater to the average person.
