Emilio was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a lot of good advice and completed the upgrade on my turntable very promptly. I regret not buying my turnable from this place they really have great service and knowledge regarding vinyl and record players!

Sold my friend some decent quality speakers Focal and amplifier Anthem, less than happy with the setup. Speaker positioning wrong, calibrated improperly. Poor after care and service follow up. I'll just go fix it myself. Sorry that he didn't seem like one of your high end clients.
Bought a high-end AVR from them and had an issue with the unit not powering up after a month. I took it in and had a replacement unit the next day. They were great to deal with, knowledgeable when buying and equally as good on the service side. Good people to just talk shop with and get advice from as well. I will buy again from them.
Very friendly, helpful staff that have extensive knowledge of the products they sell, and even products they don't sell. Clearly they are very enthusiastic about their jobs and high-end audio in general. They carry a large assortment of products including items on consignment, ranging from affordable to outlandishly extravagant, and one could easily spend a quarter million dollars on a stereo system here. Unfortunately, they also carry the snake-oil products like $1000+ magic cables that will miraculously violate all established laws of physics to somehow improve your sound quality, or $25 green sharpies to treat the edges of your CDs, or $400 cable elevators to do god-knows-what, to name but a few.

Fantastic service - kind, attentive, and unpretentious. I am very happy with the stereo set-up that I purchased earlier this year.
I first went in to Audio Ark in July of 2021 and the sales person treated me with respect even though I didn't come in dressed like I had money. I came looking to possibly buy but mostly lots of questions and concerns. The staff member took the time to answer my questions and even looked at my pictures of my space and setup. He recommended some equipment that would be a huge improvement to my set up but also gave me tips and settings for my Amp, and told me to go home and see if it helps. It did help but my equipment was limited. So I came back last week. I'm telling anyone that wants to listen these guys are awesome! Emilio helped me and my wife listen to some Paradigm speakers of course they sounded amazing. He took the time to listen to my wife's concerns and comments about the sound she was looking for. He asked all the right questions to us about technical issues and our listening preferences. Emilio showed us respect and kindness, he didn't just try to sell us the most expensive or something we didn't like or need. He gave sound advice and we got 2 front tower and a subwoofer speakers. After setting them up at home we like them but something was not quite right with my setup. When I went back yesterday Emilio again answered my question and offered solutions for my issues. In the end I bought a new center channel and rear speakers I didn't feel pressed to buy Emilio gave me the knowledge of his experience to help me with my dission . The speakers are perfect my wife cried when she heard how beautiful her music was and it's all thanks to Emilio and the other staff at Audio Ark. These guys are amazing human beings who truly look after their customers. Thank you Emilio for all you do!
Second time I stopped in to audio ark. First time was about 18 months ago for a pair of Focal Clears. Today I picked up a Bryston amp. Service was outstanding both times. Very knowledgeable staff. Hats off to Simon. Thanks for your help. Loving the performance
I am a longtime customer of Audio Ark. Even though the store has a lot of high end equipment, I have never felt pressured to buy beyond my budget. The staff of Andrew, Simon and Emilio are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Andrew in particular has let me demo lots of equipment, has been patient with me and his recommendations have always been spot on. A great store.
