Mr. V's Family Restaurant

Shout out to Mr. V’s and their server Anya. This place has what you need - perfectly executed breakfast I haven’t tried lunch or dinner - yet. The steak and eggs were mind blowing. Cut easily, melted away… not a tough bite anywhere. The omelette was delicious. Pancakes were excellent. The biscuit is gigantic, I only regret not having tried the gravy. Nothing complicated, just done up properly.nnAlso, they give you your own carafe of coffee, so if you need a frequent refill, you won’t need to wait.nnAnya was our server and she was phenomenal. She provided a level of engagement I’d expect at a high end steak house. Im not exactly sure how to describe my impression except that when she walked away from our table, that was my first thought. They say this is a family restaurant, I walked out believing it.

Was very interested in checking out their biscuits and gravy. They have been serving clients since 1974 which is one more the chef’s hut in Boise. The atmosphere was very nice place to eat. The waitress was spot on and very gracious. She was an older lady and watching her juggle the plate I gave her a great review to her. She told me she has been doing this all her life and it shows how much sel loves her clients. This also leads to the service being excellent. The hash browns were spot on very good and the biscuit's were very good but the gravy seemed to be lacking as I have been looking for great biscuits and gravy. I may need to try them one more time as it is a half hour to get there again.

EXCELLENT! We ate here for the first time and Kayleen was our Server...she was absolutely wonderful! She went out of her way to see that we were satisfied throughout our time here. Breakfast was tasty and the serving sizes were tailored to fill us up. The fruit bowl was huge, also. A very friendly environment with a great menu. We HIGHLY recommend Mr. V's for your next time eating out. Ask for Kayleen and she will make sure your experience here was a 5 Star!

Just passing through town and stopped in for lunch. The wife had the Chinese Chicken salad. She said it was a little cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be. She said it was a little on the salty side and didn't care for the canned mandarin oranges. I went with the Taco salad. Mine was a little salty also. You get a good portion and I like the bowl. Really crispy

The best cozy restaurant that makes you feel right at home! I’ve been coming here for years, and the food is always delicious and the waiters/waitresses are always so kind.
