Panda Express

I just left this establishment. Usually it's fairly quick in and out. I showed up in a hurry to grab lunch and ended up waiting 15 minutes from the time I got in the doors to the time I was given my food. I ordered a plate with double orange chicken and four sides half Chow Mein and half vegetables vegetables were not ready which is common. However the young man that helped me called back vegetables waiting. And 10 minutes later no one had done them yet so he called back yet again and that's when they got to it. I have never had to wait 15 minutes for a meal. There was no I'm sorry there was a sorry it didn't get put down we didn't do the vegetables can I get you something else it was just the young man picked up his broom and started sweeping away to ignore me. So my quick run in and out for a quick lunch to take to my sister ended up taking twice as long at least that it should have been and I probably will not return

The restaurant was clean, the employees were nice, and the food was delicious. If you are missing an entree, call they store. They will easily replace it and give you extra food for the inconvenience. It really is a good place.

I've noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, but I've gotta say. It seems like they are working on being better at this location. Thank you, Victoria! The first girl who dished my chow mein, (which she did totally fine by me) I guess didn't put enough in my to go box. Victoria noticed it, and went back over to the chow mein and gave me another good scoop of it. Now that's good customer service! Everyone working acted professional and was kind. Thank you!

Great food horrible service, the girl that helped me, Inez R had the worst attitude throughout the whole transaction, when I asked for chili paste and chopsticks she rolled her eyes at me.

Had a little mishap 2 nights ago. I don't wish to disclose what happened but I am happy to say that my hubby went to talk to them today and they went above and beyond to correct things as best they could. Thanks Caldwell Panda!!
