The three male team members had us in stitches tonight. My husband and I arrived early to meet our son for his birthday and the shenanigans continued while we waited! They were a fantastic team. The service was great. They brightened our day and it was so much appreciated in a time when good customer service is rare. They went above and beyond and sang happy birthday when I jokingly asked if they would as our son walked in. We will definitely go back !
The one staff member, a white male, went above and beyond to make our dinner. The whole team worked very well together and us feel welcome, and did not rush our ordering at all. I have eaten at many of your restaurants, this is the first time I am compelled to write a review. Well done to the staff working tonight, they deserve to know they are doing a great job
I've never eaten at a Mr. Sub before, and I don't know that I'll go out of my way to visit another one in the future. Overall, it was an uninspired, underwhelming experience eating here. The employees were friendly enough, but the food was pretty meh though the bread was decent, the ingredients were only kind of okay. And for $30 for two small sandwiches, a brownie, a bag of chips, a soda, and a bottle of water, it's pretty pricey for not that amazing food. At least I didn't get sick here like I always did when I ate at Subway.
The sub builders/servers are all absolutely wonderful and hilarious people! We love chatting and joking with them when we come in for subs. Great food and great people keep us coming back! Give them some praise!!Food: 5/5

The man that works during the day I believe he is the manager is awesome! Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mom and I went in and she had said no sauce because last time she got the sub sauce it was spicy. He informed us they also have a spicy version and they must have put the wrong one on. He then gave my mom her sub for free. He also added extra cheese on my daughters sub for free because she didn’t get any toppings on her sub. It’s refreshing to have such great service!
Sub was fresh and delicious and customer service was OUTSTANDING. I was having a hard day and the two workers there this evening made my day brighter.
For a first timer it was really good. I will definitely come back again.Food: 4/5
