Everytime I go in they are always so nice and give my little some sort of toy. Always smiling and quick service. They take the time to strike a convo with you even if its just super quick while waiting for food.Food: 5/5
Had a deluxe baked potato for the first time here, actually - my first time EVER having Arby's. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Around $10 for 2 Deluxe Baked Potatoes, not terrible. SUPER good though. But - if you aren't a fan of loads of sour cream, I would ask for less there was so much! The bacon was delicious and the cheese was good! Shredded, but tasted and melted like cheese wiz. Kind of interesting. All around good experience. Would go ahead, and maybe try some of the other food they have!
Been going here for 20 years. The owner and as well as the staff care so much about providing a quality and friendly experience. I couldn't praise this business enough in Thunder Bay on Red River Rd. Best Arby's

Good fast food, I like the variety, not always in the moodfor a burger.Always consistent. Service is always good. Never had a bad experience . Parking: Lots of room to park.

The manager is the best guy ever, always working. You can tell he trains his staff very well. Always guaranteed friendliness and fast service. Love the Beef N Cheddars and Beef Gyro’s with crinkle cut fries and a cherry coke!
