Big Ice

Great rolled ice cream! The presentation is super cute and spotlessly clean space. Too bad it is closed to indoor dining at the moment as it is lovely place to sit and enjoy ice cream. Taste was a little sweeter than I personally like as a gelato addict but tasty and definitely worth a visit. Presentation: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Quality: 4/5 I will come back to try other offerings at Big Ice!

I came here yesterday! I was surprised we now have rolled ice cream in Mississauga which i was so happy about. When you come in, Big Ice is just on the left from the entrance. It's not very busy as this place is still quite new to the public. I ordered strawberry rolled ice cream. I wanted additional toppings but the employee said they didn't have it at the moment which was okay. He was nice, too. I still proceeded with my order! It tastes so good, i love the presentation as well. Just for your information, eat while it's still cold because it does melt easily haha! Overall, such a great visit. I can't wait to come back again :

Just because I’ve rated it 3 stars doesn’t mean the icecream wasn’t good. It was. It just wasn’t my palette and definitely something I might grow up liking. Today was a hot summer day in Mississauga and we were craving ice cream And this was our closest option with a rating greater than 4 on google. So not disappointed but not something that lived up to my expectations. Maybe some other day I’ll come back and enjoy it like it’s supposed to be. The place is clean and nice and the guy at the cash is really cute and friendly. Lol

I visited today with two friends and we all agreed the ice cream was delicious! The presentation is adorable although I chose to have no toppings : As one of the only rolled ice cream places in Mississauga I would totally recommend

This was mine and my husband's first time trying rolled ice cream and it was so good! We both got the Black Forest and I requested to change my ice cream from chocolate to vanilla! The addition of oreos, chocolate syrup and chocolate sticks just added on to the flavour! Will definitely be coming here again during the summer!

This is a lovely place to buy and enjoy rolled ice-cream! It is such a treat, and the staff do a marvellous job at product presentation, as well as superb customer service! They are so kind and accommodating; please support them with patience and kindness. I'm a "plain Jane" and only get The Original, and I love how rich the milky taste is. Keep up the fantastic work, Big Ice staff! I will update with photos when I can.

Been waiting more than 30 mins and still haven't ordered, with only a couple people ahead of me. I feel bad for the employee who is the only one working here, doing both take out orders and instore orders. I don't understand on a nice sunny day, why would there only be 1 person working? And its the weekend? I saw a family behind me just end up leaving. Poor planning on management's part. You really need to have more people working especially when the weather is nice and everyone wants ice cream! common sense, hello?

Probably the best ice cream I ever had!! Great service and people, just a little slow :. Will definitely come back soon!

On a hot Saturday evening, my two friends and I were very excited to go here for the first time. We were happy with our orders. However, we didn't even get to enjoy eating our rolled ice cream together as there was only one employee running the store. We were of course patient with him, but it's just not fair for that employee to be doing everything on their own. It shows poor management and lack of care for their own staff.

Because it's a new place and there are very few google reviews on it, I was super skeptical about ordering ice cream here at first... I decided to give it a shot, and woww was I thoroughly surprised. I tried both the taro coconut and strawberry and it was amazing! The strawberry was fresh, has actual fruit in it, and honestly has to be the bessst strawberry ice cream I've ever had!
