Mr Pretzels

This place is a crowd drawer. The pretzels smell invitingly delicious. There are a variety of choices from salty to sweet toppings. I loved the savoury Napolitano and Toscana. It's also fun watching pretzels freshly made as you order. The price is reasonable and the service is fast. I recommend these super yummy pretzels.

I come almost every week for their freshly baked savoury soft pretzels!!! Highly recommended!

Mr. Pretzels is AWESOME!! Absolutely love them, so was very happy to see the kiosk in the mall! The only reason they get less than 5 stars is due to the lady staff member who was staffing the kiosk when we went there. No other customers around, yet we are standing there waiting for her to take our order and she is farting around moving dishes and such around and cleaning up or preparing something. These are things she should be doing on her own time when no one is waiting to be served. I almost walked away and went somewhere else as she was oblivious to a customer waiting for her. Clearly she has not been trained by the Management of this place and is clearly driving customers away due to poor customer service skills. When she finally had time to take my order it became difficult as she can barely speak a lick of English, so again this is a Management issue where they need to hire the right people, who can speak English, and understands that a customer that walks away because she has no idea what her priorities are, are all lost customers and lost business. The product is excellent, the staff are worse than useless. Management, do better!!!!!

Smells good. Selection of toppings. Accepts credit cards. Limited seating spaces in the mall on ground level.

This place is so tasty. The savoury pretzels are better than the sweet ones but both are gooey doughy goodness. Watching them make the pretzels is part of the fun and I have uploaded several videos of them doing it. The price is decent for the amount of pretzel you get. Parking is easy from the mall. There is a nearby rest area to sit and eat. Transit is easy from the bus hub and Canada line stop.

Delicious pretzels! I got the pretzel with vanilla topping , the worker was kind and helped saying it’s better to get it on the side so it doesn’t get sticky and stick to the bag. I found that it is better to have on the side so you can dip it in and eat it. I will definitely get this again , but maybe with another flavour to test them all out.

The food is pretty good but one time I saw an employee drop a pair of tongs and then she picked it up and started handling food with it without washing it first which is kinda gross imo

No #RafaelCasteloRecommendsIt Its smell is better than its taste. I did try the sweet one but seems like the dough is salty. They don't mix the sugar and cinnamon into the dough. No table or chair to seat down.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I.LOVE.THIS.PLACE. Seriously - the salty pretzel is my fav, followed closely by the Parmesan cheese one. I always get a dip to go with it. Worried about that pretzel making you thirsty? Don't. They also have an excellent assortment of delicious soda. The staff are awesome too - special shout out to Anita for always knowing exactly what I want. Now you know where to get the best pretzels in town!!! Always good!!!!!!!!!

This place makes yummy pretzels. You go there, and you talk to the worker about which yummy pretzel you want. Some yummy pretzels are sweet because they have sugar and cinnamon. Other yummy pretzels are salty because they have salty stuff on it. There are also other toppings you can put on the yummy pretzels to make it a different kind of yummy. Once you decide, the worker tells you how much money to give to make the yummy pretzel your private property so you can legally consume it. If you give the money, you can then get, own and then eat the yummy pretzel. If you're not sure if the yummy pretzel is actually yummy, you can wait for the workers to give you pieces of that yummy pretzel. This will help you decide whether you want to then pay for, get, own and then eat the pretzel. Be noted, however, that the butter which makes the yummy pretzel yummy makes you thirsty and you will be sold that yummy pretzel with the offer of a refreshing water for only a dollar more. I personally wish that the refreshing water were complimentary, because while it is refreshing, it is not $1 refreshing. However, the yummy pretzel is less enjoyable without the refreshing water, so I sometimes do buy it. I still feel bad however, but not for long because before long I am eating a yummy pretzel and drinking refreshing water.
