Scam artists. They took my housemate who's an older nice gentleman for a ride. What is fuel service maintenance and why is it $89.99 these guys are crooks I've read all the 1 star reviews. He will not be returning to your shop

I got an outstanding service at this location specifically today. I needed a headlight bulb replacement for my BMW X1. The other Mr. Lube location last week didn't want to deal with the headache knowing that this simple work could be very tricky for a BMW. Not only Mr. Lube North Vancouver took on a challenge, their cost of labor was really good. Employees were super friendly, and they really cared about me as the client. Thank you! Highly recommend! Excellent service at this location specifically. I Drove all the way down from Burnaby to North Van and was worth the trip. I own a Toyota 86 with really low customized suspension and they were the only Mr. Lube who had the right jacks. I tried 3 different Mr. Lubes and called multiple locations but no luck. This location is a Life saver for a late operating shop. Thanks to Simran, the tire technician, I was able to change my tires quickly and smoothly. I will definitely come back in the future. I usually don’t do comments but this branch is doing really good. We had a tire issue and they fixed it with the best price and quality. The tire is still working after 4 months now! There is a guys he’s names Raj, he’s very knowledgeable and fair when it comes to charging and giving you the honest opinion and not just to charge you! Will definitely go back!

Mr Lube in this location services is very greet and all staff are very friendly and they pay attention to their customers, their work is extremely excellent. Yesterday I went there for fix the lower engine cover they really finished my work within 10 minutes and provided excellent service. I want to sincerely appreciated their greet service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are fair and their maintenance turn-around is unbeatable. You can wait in your car while they are working on your vehicle or come back within an hour or so to pick up your car. All their machines seem new and up to date and most of the work is being done with machines with professional staff supervision. Mr. Saba, Jorge and Gary helped us. Thank you gentlemen for making this process very easy for me. Definitely recommend this place for maintaining your out of warranty vehicle.

Simran and his team were smiling the moment I pulled up. They were absolutely magnificent people and speedy…. and above all HONEST! I came for a synthetic oil change and any other company would have taken my money and ran but they checked and it just needed a top up - so they didn’t charge for it! Plus they also topped up my tire pressure windshield fluid and made sure my car was in peak driving condition. What an amazing experience!! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

I visited Mr. Lube today because my tire felt like it was going flat. I don’t know much about cars and haven’t gotten it serviced since I bought it 6 months ago. The staff were very friendly and professional. Simran was very polite and did a full inspection for me, answering all the questions I had along the way! I just went to Mr Lube at the North Vancouver Marine Drive location as I was in urgent need for a driver side windshield wiper. Even though there was a lineup I got served right away in a very special way. It was the very best service I ever experienced. I can highly recommend this location!
