I highly recommend hong and Chen automotive. Very skilled and honest mechanics. We were told by the ford dealership that we had several long and expensive problems. We took it to hong for a second opinion and he explained to my girlfriend who knows very little about cars why those things weren't broken then used diagnostic equipment to debunk ford's lies. Can't say enough good things.

This is the best place to take ypue vehicle. The owner is honest and never overcharges. He does a great job ans always let's tpu k ow what might be coming for maintenance..

Just bought my dream car and needed a reasonable place to service as the Manufacturer's service charges are ridiculous. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity Hong brings to the car business. He could have recommended services that I didn't need but his values and work were beyond what I was expecting. I will be telling my friends about him for sure and I now have a repair facility to go to for all future work. The funny thing is, I've worked at an auto dealership for 18 years with a full service dept. but am choosing Hong.Services: Oil change

This place came highly recommended by my brother and I'm so glad I took my car here. Hong was not only incredibly friendly and professional but the cost was very, very reasonable. Saved me a ton of money because I brought my car in asking for a bunch of things made my own diagnosis and after inspecting my car he said I didn't need all that. I'll be bringing my other cars here from now on.

Originally wanted a 90000 miles major service done on my car. Took it to Chen Auto Clinic and Hong suggested that he will check my car and perform only the services that is needed to save me money. I really appreciate his honesty and customer service. They did a good job and I have no complaints.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Hong. I remember one instance in particular, where he fixed a minor issue for our vehicle without charge whereas the auto dealer quoted us over $150. He is honest, supremely reliable and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone that needs a good mechanic.
