Kal Tire

I recently got my winter tires installed at this location. Around $30 to change each tire, so prices are competitive and reasonable. I didn't wait too long to get my tires replaced, but after everything was finished my car was parked between two other cars behind the garage. I literally couldn't get out. Someone from Kal Tire parked the service mini-van right up to my bumper. Eventually, someone came out and moved the van. It's been 2 weeks now, and I don't have any issues with the winter tires. Overall a decent experience. Customer service rep was good.

Excellent Service from the call center to the tire center. Booked the appointment on the phone, the new tires needed to be ordered and I was given a precise quote, and an exact time to drop the car off. I showed up and they were ready...like a Swiss clock, perfectly timed! They told me the car would be ready in 45 mins and would call me. About 45 minutes later, I received a call that the car was done. Picked it up, there was no upsale, the price paid was what was quoted. These guys are on the ball. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Recently had a leak in my tire due to a screw. They fixed it fast and since I bought my tires there it was free. They also found a second slow leak that I had not noticed caused by another screw. Very happy with their service.

We needed winter tires on new steel rims. We provided these and Kal fitted and balanced them. It was ready exactly when they said and summer tires were bagged in the trunk. Price was $28 a wheel as agreed. Recommended.

Great people Professional staff Great service I had an emergency a night prior to my road trip and got there 5:30 pm they close at 6. They jumped in to help and fixed the issue even when they were so busy and about to close. This shows their high standards in customer service and work ethics
