Closed their lobby 30m early probably to avoid mopping before leaving so whoever was working could leave sooner. Called to ask why, they said the store hasn't updated their hours yet. Their hours were updated two days ago, they actually are open an hour longer 11 over 10:30, so technically they had closed up an hour early but for the benefit of them being used to the old hours I will say 30m from the realistic usual close time. Genuinely mostly pissed because of them making up an excuse of why over being honest. There's three consistent good workers there. Two older ladies, one Asian black hair n one with short blonde hair, and another young girl who is very petite, dark brown long hair n looks French. Just wanna give those three ladies a shout out. The rest of you seriously need to work on your game. -someome who comes almost every single day for the past year.nnHad to come back and edit after going back today and seeing the donuts sitting on the counter where customers could and were grabbing at them. This was at 6pm, during the middle of the evening. I watched as a customer grabbed at one before the workers moved half of the donuts to the back still leaving a few out. Thats when I took the pictures. I wouldn't trust the donuts unless you trust random customers have clean hands too since they are out in the open

The best Tim’s I've ever been to. Excellent customer service. Always clean and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and very polite. However, your exterior door accessibility has been broken for a considerable amount of time. Can you please ask management to address this asap.

I had just ordered a grill cheese with bacon. Worst grill cheese I've ever had. Cheese wasn't melted at all!!! Greasy like he'll. Had to throw out. Couldn't eat it. Disgusting. Possibly better training for your staff. Won't be going there any time soon.

Try the chicken bits with Strachan and lime, they were spicy and delicious, also the loaded fries in the Pic, love picante!nThe salt and Vinny fish was also good, as shown order the two piece if your hungry and you won't be for long.

Great service here! Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way for you. It's not overly busy or crowded in the restaurant. Best Tim's I've been to. :
