Mary Brown's Chicken

Went through drive through and got dry and nasty looking chicken tender order all thrown into one box with the potato wedges. They offered to remake which I declined as I was now turned off from eating here. Asked for a refund and only was able to offer 20% of the order cost. I felt that was unacceptable and I asked for them to at least have it remade, to which they put up a fuss and left us waiting for a long time. Used to really enjoy the food here but now never coming back. Poor service and quality control overall. No supervisor was even present and this occurred on a weekday.

I had a great experience at Mary Brown’s! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavour, and the taters were perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and quick with my order. Definitely one of the best fast food meals I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back for sure!

First time to a Mary Browns. Should have known it was just another take-out chicken place. Kind of had my hopes up after looking at their web-site. It seems the staff were there to quickly serve any take-out orders but our eat-in order was put on the back-burner. Sat at a dismal table setting and ate the uninspiring food. Only good point is the staff member who eventually served us was very polite and friendly. Sorry but not on my list of go to fast food restaurants
