We purchased the ecodiesel truck about a month ago.  So far everything is smooth.  The people at Mountain View Dodge were nice and friendly.  I love the free coffee.  The Sales agent,  Patsy, lead the deal and made things go smoothly.  I was looking for a while and Mountainview dodge is also very competitive in terms of price.  So good agent, and good price!!!  Nice.

We drove quite a distance to look at a specific vehicle. Took one for a quick test drive, liked the truck and had a truck to trade in. Sat for an hour waiting for them to advise what they would propose to do for us.

Sadly, they couldn't give us any answer, no paperwork, nothing but ask us for a deposit to hold vehicle and would get back to us on Monday.  Seriously?? Who does this? Salesperson seemed to disappear, another guy came and chatted us up, bragging about his personal vehicles but didn't seem too interested in our needs. Excuse after excuse on the wait - manager not in, our vehicle is rare type etc etc. I had asked for a Car Proof report, nothing. Never have I had an experience where I didn't get something to walk away with, paperwork, car proof or some kind of payment option. Not going to drive that far for that kind of service. Might have something to do with closing time.  We were there for two and a half hours!

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Patsy. She was friendly and a laid back kind of person, who doesn't make you feel you have to buy a car from her or even one of those overly friendly salespeople who you know are pretending just to sale you a car. Since the beginning when I first inquired about the Jeep on the phone she was helpful and patient. So I went all the way from South East Calgary to Olds, over 100kms to buy this Jeep. I wasn't disappointed. When you buy a car from Patsy, she even makes you pie. Thank you Mountain View Dodge for a good buying experience.

Truck was in for a simple alignment. Guaranteed done the same day. Went to pick it up and it hadn't even been in the shop. Went back to pick it up 2 days later and they had lost the paperwork. As soon as i pulled onto the highway it was clear the problem wasn't fixed. Will not be returning in the future.
