We made a decision to buy our first travel trailer after retiring. We spent many weeks and months, looking at different designs, features, and benefits of the RV experience. We found a travel trailer that we loved, and when it came time to purchase it, we started looking at dealers who carried the model we wanted we worked with local people went to RV shows and I even found a place in Kentucky that I was seriously thinking of purchasing the trailer from. Our local dealer would not work with us on price and I got apprehensive about buying a trailer from a dealer that had poor reviews I even contacted the manufacturer and after talking with them, my spouse and I got apprehensive and started a new search for finding a different dealer. We did some more research and found Country Roads RV dealership. After talking to the sales people at your establishment, my husband and I felt very comfortable to make the 12 Hour drive to pick up our new trailer. We were so happy with our purchase, the staff did a great job on the training and had a quick response to fix a small issue with the new trailer. I never write reviews but I feel that we took a leap of faith and are so happy we did. I recommend taking the trip no matter how many miles to buy your RV here.
We very much enjoyed our experience with Country Roads! They were very responsive in their communication both by phone and email. They were also very transparent about each step in the process, including the pricing. We had to wait several months on our camper to be delivered by the factory, but that was no fault of Country Roads. They stayed in communication with me to make sure I wasn't forgotten. And, when the day finally came to go pick up our new camper, they provided a very thorough walk-thru of our unit and encouraged us to record it to refer back to it when we had questions. They also introduced us to the service department and made sure we knew how to contact them if/when we needed to. All in all, it was a very good experience with Country Roads! We will be back and support this family-owned business for sure!
Bought a brand new 2023 that had a leak in the bunk house. Country Roads immediately sent a tech out to my camp ground and when it was determined that it could not be repaired on site, immediately had me in their service department and started diagnosing. After multiple attempts to repair it had to go back to the manufacturer and they facilitated everything. To be very clear THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT but they stood by the product they sold and ensured that my unit was a priority at the factory and got my unit back to me ASAP. They have absolutely earned my business and I would not only buy from them again but I am going to go out of my way to have another unit repaired with them because of their competence and professionalism.
Picked up our travel trailer today! And before we did, they gave us a walk through and answered all our questions. If you are looking a travel trailer this is the best place to get it. Best price, saved a lot compared to other camper place, honest and reliable people. They will also help you with what you need for starters.
My husband and I recently purchased our first camper from Country Roads RV Center and they were AWESOME! From our initial encounter with them at the Greensboro RV show to each encounter at their facility, they have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and informed about our new camper and the resources that are available. Great people, excellent service! Ok.. now go, run, tell all your friends bc these people are the real deal!
Great customer service. Great staff. I was able to walk freely around the lot without being hassled and then when I requested to buy a trailer, they got me financed and they didn’t hide anything, everything was upfront honesty. When I did the walk around I thought for sure they were going to try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff, but they did not. My overall experience so far is more then I could ask for. And hope to continue to do business with them.
I was able to get the part I needed for my older TT when the "big box" competitors did not even have a clue of how to help me. Great follow up once my part arrived and the price was as expected.
Had a great experience at this dealer. No hidden fees and quite a bit difference in price. Similar unit to the one we purchased was $2000. more in Greensboro. This place is worth the travel. Place is well kept, grounds are immaculate. Parts and service are spot on. Thanks country roads for starting us on our new venture in RV life style
I'm on the road a lot living in my RV i needed some work done to move on. Did a lot of googling called a bunch of different places found another repair shop that suggested I go to his competitor and that they are the only ones that he trusts. Country Roads one of the best experiences I've had they know how to take care of their customer and treat you like a human being. Thank you Jennifer for everything
Sales people were great and dealership is clean and well organized. We love our new camper but it has a few small warranty issues that need addressing. So far our experience with the dealership has been good. But my confidence in them is getting very shaky. Called there service department in the middle of the summer to tell them about some warranty issues we were having. We were advised that they were 2 weeks behind and to wait until about 2 weeks before our last trip for the summer and call and make an appointment and in doing so woud put us at the front of the line and our camper wouldn't be stuck at the dealership so long. So about 3 weeks prior to our last trip we made an appointment. Brought it to the dealership on the day of the appointment and we went over all the issues with the camper. After doing so I was told it could be 4 weeks before they looked at it and I explained to her that I had made the appointment to avoid being in that situation. Was told they would get to it soon as they could. I said ok hoping for the best. After the second week of not hearing anything from them I gave them a call. Was told they had not touched it and they were 6+ weeks behind! Hmmm I again explained that I had made an appointment many weeks prior in advance and when I had brought it in was told they were only 4 weeks behind? Now it's 6 weeks??? I feel like I'm being put on the back burner. These are not major problems they need to fix on this camper. But it's warranty work and I'm sure it's harder for them to get there money on it. Was told again they should be getting closer to it on the list but couldn't get a definitive answer on it. Another week gone by, called again was told they would get to it in 3 days. I thought great finally some progress! Call again the next week after I hadn't heard anything from them. Freezing weather is coming in now down in the 20s. They were sopose to be winterizing it. I had told them that the fresh water tank and holding tanks had water in them. When I called I told them I was considered about the temps and they told me it had been winterized. I said great could you please give me a update on the status of my camper what's been checked out and what needs to be done? Was told she would have to pull my paper work and call me back asked for the best number to reach me and I gave it to her. Was told I would be called shorty. It's been a day now and haven't heard a thing! So far very disappointed in there service and at this point have 0 confidence that I'm going to be a happy camper when this is all done! I will update at the conclusion of this ordeal. I'm hoping that they prove me wrong! UpdateWell day 2 has gone by sense I was told I would be called with a update status on my camper and nothing! no call no message no emails no nothing. Surprise surprise I expected nothing less! I guess I will drive over to the dealership today after work and check on it's actual status in person and see if anything at all has been done. update when I went there in person I was pleasantly surprised to find they had most everything repaired with the exception of some parts that have to be ordered. I took the camper home seeing that it's going to be weeks before the parts will come in. Was told when they arrive they will call me to make a appointment to finish the rest of the repairs. I'm glad to say they seem to be redeeming themselves they were very nice and informative. Update took some time to get the parts in to finish but it was supplier issues nothing to do with country roads. When they got everything in it was repaired and ready to go in just a short time. They seem to have done a good job so we're looking forward to using our camper here soon.
