Ordered new tires for our trailer. Service was prompt. Tires were in within three days. Staff was great! Very helpful. Definitely recommend them!

Quick and friendly service, I had forgotten my appointment time and they had called to remind me as well a fit me in at my convenience. Also had problems with the tires I was wanting to put on, and instead of just going ahead and doing it they called and had asked me if I wanted to have a looked before the pulled my truck off the lift. That way I wouldn't be stuck with the tires, if they didn't work. Can't say enough good about them.

Fountain Tire in Didsbury: Very hit and miss service. Out of 5 service experiences with them 3 were very poor 1 was good and 1 was excellent. BAD - My daughter had a slow leak on a tire and took it there. Had to go back 3!times before it was fixed correctly. BAD - We had a wheel balanced there and notices the car still shaking. By chance couldn't make back and took to another tire shop. The technician on the other shop said he never saw such a poor job and fixed the balancing immediately, no problem after that. OK - Had them replace the inner tube on my tractor tire. Good job and no issues. GREAT - Had a slow leak due to a nail on the tire. They fixed the tire and didn't charge because the tire was old and needed replacing soon. This experience made me decide to have my alignment done with them and to purchase my new set of tires there. (But then...) BAD - I make an appointment for an alignment 2 weeks in advance to fit into my work schedule. Arrived at the shop to find that there was no record of the appointment. Wasted 2 weeks waiting for my non existent appointment. The lack of consistency on the quality of the service makes me avoid them. It's too bad since the technicians there are all very nice. I'll still use them when in a bind, but not if I have a choice. The Fountain Tire in Olds has given me consistently good service even if not as convenient due to distance.
