Excellent Experience! What an excellent experience I had dealing with Champion Ford in Carstairs. The GM Christopher Sage took the time to discuss my vehicle needs for my business, his knowledge and professionalism is truly remarkable. I talked to him on the phone and he found in the stock exactly vehicle I wanted Ford F-150 with a long box The business manager Marsha did a great job as well and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. I was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

Victoria was amazing to deal with during sale of my new truck. Everything I wanted after market they got at a good price and has installed prior to pick up. She is a very friendly person and I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle!

This girl is awesome she gave me a response to all of my questions and she will face you with a nice smile. Christopher Sage General Manager has a very professional approach, great personality and I never felt pressured to make a decision . Honestly, the best ford dealer I’ve dealt with I’ve bought 5 brand new vehicles from ford and two of which from champion in carstairs they have been nothing but Helpful accommodating right down to repairs and giving me a loaner vehicle to get home. All the staff I’ve dealt with are extremely pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend them and will stay a loyal customer to them for years to come!

It was a good experience in all aspects. I would especially emphasize professionalism of the GM Christopher Sage - providing all technical details and motivational analysis of pros and cons. I noticed very professional staff overall over there - no way could be otherwise with such GM. I am pretty sure Chris is born to motivate his team and clients. He explains clear all details and motivates to make informed decision.
