Mountain Meadow RV Park

Very wooded campground. Trees maintained for large trailers. Very friendly staff. Lots to do in the area. Several things within bike riding distance. 15 min. from West Glacier entrance. Fishing pond nicely landscaped with seating area.

We were in the overflow/emergency section. Hilly area with unlevel sites. One truck with a travel trailer had to be towed up a incline to get to their site. Our hitch had to be lowered to the ground to be level. Park roads need to have directional arrows. At night it is very hard to find your way around. Excellent showers and bathrooms. Nice fishing pond which is Great for kids. Great access to Glacier and the middle and north fork of the Flathead river.

We stayed here at the beginning of a month long RV trip, early July 2017. Our site wasn’t terribly level but we figured it out (parked backwards seemed to work). Its nice to be among the trees and the lake is awesome. They have a lot of rules posted everywhere, which is fine, but notable. Got the sense I was camping at someone’s house and they were tired of having guests around. That said, this place was really nice and we’d come again.

Excellent campground! Close to west entrance to Glacier National Park. Immaculate rest rooms/showers. Helpful staff. Dog friendly. Strong five stars.

Very scenic campground with lots of trees. Bathroom/showers are extremely nice. Look like just remodeled. Owners and hosts very nice.
