A super clean room, the interiors were brand new, our room had a good sized kitchen as well! It's cute that you gotta go to the bar next door to check in and get the keys  Perfect spot for cyclists! We made our stop there, starting from Vermont to Montreal

Motel Lacolle was a very pleasant surprise, I absolutely love it here!   It is a great home away from home.  I am in the area for five months because of work and had been staying at the Hotel St-Bernard.  They unexpectedly ended up being fully booked through the summer, leaving me looking at accommodations in Brossard, which is a commute I wasn't thrilled about making.  Wendy at the front desk there suggested one of the efficiency suites at Motel Lacolle might be able to accommodate me and she called to make sure they had availability.  I was in luck, they had one suite available.  Manon gave me keys and directions not that I really needed them and I mosied on over to have a look and fell in love with the place.  I called my Mom and husband, gushing about how lucky I got.  It is full of all the amenities that are necessary for a really comfortable long-term stay and it was spotlessly clean.  I quite literally cannot say enough good things about my suite.  As you can see it has two beds, which are plenty comfortable though I prefer a plumper pillow AND a futon.  The fridge is full-sized and the kitchette comes complete with dishwasher and ranger, there was even a set of dishes and a pot and pan with utensils.  The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of space for all my toiletries though there is no bath rub, only a shower, which is a little bit of a bummer for me since I do like to take the occassional hot bubble bath to relax.  The pony wall creates a nice separation between the 'bedroom' and the rest of the living space and there is loads of closet space bring some hangers as well as a washer and dryer!  The only things missing is a little dresser.

I was stranded in the area due to a cancellation and i stumbled upon this wonderful hidden gem. I payed a very reasonable rate and got more then asked in the room. It was very clean. It included wifi, tv/cable, kitchen, shower, laundry/dryer + more. It was late at night so the reception was closed but the resto bar nearby offers the rooms at late night.  I would definitely recommend it!
