Motel 6 East

The only reason why I gave one star is because the lady in the office was very nice. Now as far as the motel goes it stinks the smell is horrible. Had to ask for towels and they were dingy white ( very old) the carpet is so filthy, left my shoes on unless I was on the bed. The dust ruffel on the bed was torn and hanging down. No hangers. It really needs paint. Refrigerator doesn't work, it froze all my food. I am in awe over the condition of the room. If anybody out there is looking for a motel I suggest you keep looking.

They were easy to get into and nice staff. However, the hotel itself is rough. No towels or shampoo in the rooms. The room smelled of cigeratte smoke but suppose to be smoke free.

This Motel 6 has an excellent manager, NATASHA. Room 135 only had 2 bath towels. Yes I'd recommend Motel 6 as YOUR business accepts pets, a sincere thank you. Signage would definitely assist the traveler as I had difficulty locating facility.

Very disappointed with the quality of the room. Not to mention the service. Kept up all night by loud people, our phone didnt work, our bathroom kept over flowing, couldnt take a shower because our towels were being used to clean the toilet mess, upon informing the Management, they only offer us 10% discount on another night here. Who the f*** said we wanted to stay again in such a trashy room again. Im offended at such an offer! Wow, thats Motel 6 East hospitality in Centralia for ya! I will NOT be staying here again and wouldnt recommend it to a family of cockroaches!

Worst motel 6 we have ever stayed in. Never had a reason to complain before. First non-smoking room had terrible smoke smell. The 2nd had a slight smoke smell. Stained fabric and carpet. Burn marks on chair & bedspread. Missing outlet cover. No cups. Tv not working. Missing bulbs. No battery in smoke detector, but not discovered until morning. Caulking by a 5 year old
