Days Inn Lacey Olympia Area

Best location in town for the price and level of customer service! I had a great experience at this location. This was not my first time staying at this hotel, but I noticed a change in staff from my last stay. I actually contemplated not staying here again due to the lack of customer service on previous trips. The new staff, particularly Denise, were so pleasant, professional and helpful. I will definitely be staying here on my future visits.

Clean place. Nice hot tub. Good location. Denise, at check in, gave great customer service. I appreciated her being so caring. Nancy, at breakfast, was great, too!

Customer service Reps at the hotel are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Housekeeping of the rooms are kept clean. Pets are allowed. The Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, gyms, stores, gas stations, and outdoor malls, etc. within walking distance. Thank you for your excellent service.

We stayed one night, employees weren’t very friendly. And tell you, you can’t bring bread back to your room? Really! If I’m paying to stay here I should be able to make that choice myself if I wanna eat in my room or not. People sleeping in cars in parking lot. Pool was down, when my son asked the front desk mind you he’s 8. About the pool and if it was open she said idk.. you’ll have to read the sign and explained no more.. you work here you should know. Her daughter was running around the lobby.

Only place that you can still have a smoking room, the pool isn't the worst I've seen. Also most the staff are very courteous.
