Motel 6 Bismarck

The clerk was courteous. It goes down hill from there. I prepaid but didn't check in early. I couldn't get a printed receipt. I asked for a queen or king bed for 2 on main floor. Pretty sure it as a double bed. The floors were dirty. We didn't notice this until late. The water was either super hot or cold. Very hard to regulate. My sister in law assured us the rooms had been remodeled. Maybe they were, but there is a great need for some super cleaning.

Could be a little cleaner.....but not bad at all. The folks working here are really nice, they have a pool! Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast available right next door! Right off the freeway with many many shopping choices available as well. Great location and you can just can't beat the price! I shopped around

Good booking & checkin experience - Kareem is very helpful. Easy access of highway, & great parking for big rig (truck & 6 Horse trailer) right in front of my room. Room had fridge & microwave, & the rest was the predictable standard I appreciate with Motel 6 - a good desk to work on/ good bed & pillow/ AC/ etc & of course good price/value for my $ as a business traveller. I also appreciated the security guard on duty - he came round several times & kept an eye on my rig. Am a repeat customer & will stay again.

This place is an absolute sh*thole. My first room smelled like smoke so I asked the front desk guy if he'd switch my rooms. He did, and the next room smelled like smoke again. The floors are sticky, the tub has a ring around it, and I'm not sure what the stain next to the bed is but I'm pretty sure it's not glue. I tried to leave and get a refund but expedia had a 20 minute wait just to talk to someone and I had to sleep. I'd give it zero stars if not for the nice guy at the front desk. He has a really rough job.. Pretty sure a church rents rooms for the homeless amd they just trash the place.

I had a great experience. The heater did not work in my room. I called the front desk to notify them of this. I was promptly moved to another room. Thank you.
