I am a platinum traveller and always ask for extra towels and extra pillows, It rarely happens especially with a one night stay. I not only had double pillows, they were the really good fresh Marriott pillows and double towels. Well done Fairfield! This hotel is very quiet in the room and immaculate as well. Nice spacious room and very clean bathroom. Chelsea at the front desk was very efficient and friendly at check in and she gave me a follow up call to check and see if I needed anything and if the room was OK.

This place was the most awful hotel I've ever stayed at. We were downgraded because a silver and gold member wanted our room and they do not tell you that you cannot stay in the room you chose until you check in. We had a king size suite and they tried downgrading us to just a queen size one bed room. We have 3 people in one room that are not going to all sleep in one queen size bed. But hey at least we got a 10 dollar off for our stay for all of this trouble! They were not friendly. Their side doors don't even work, you have to use their main entrance door and the elevators smell like people smoked a whole 10 pack of ciggerettes in there which triggered my allergies. Very disappointing.

This place should be rated a 5 star. The room was very clean and quiet. I would recommend this place to a anyone.
