At Albert street urban planet got what we were looking for today is big sale going on 3for 1, mean buy one and two free, good stock going fast, wifey bought some long awaited shoes she has been looking for a while, well she got three different styles. As usual staff is really working hard and should be appreciated with at least a loud thank you and please be nice with them!!!

Terrible business practice of refusing to allow you to return items for a GC when they tell you that you have 14 days to do so.
Got a pair of jeans here for $25 and I absolutely love them. They're my new favourite pair and I'm happy I got them for so cheap :
Every time I go into this store I am thrilled to see all of the clothing options. Yet you can't find a single person who wants to help in this store. I understand that staff get busy but I waited in the non-existent line for someone to ring me through for at least 5 mins. There were 4 staff members at the tills and no one would wave me over. I really do value customer service workers, but this staff has to work on their customer service skills. I somehow always leave this store frustrated and I would love to see this change as it really is a great store besides the customer service.
