Came here for my tux rental for my wedding, Moore's on the boardwalk in Kitchener. The staff was not very helpful, and were very stale, did not make it relaxing or enjoyable for a very important part of my wedding experience. Simple requests outside of the box could not be fulfilled (measure me from head to toe with my shoes on to see how tall I am could not be done). When my pants came in, they were 4 sizes too big. I don't know how this is possible when measurements are done. New pants came in, and they were the exact ones, so I had to order new ones 4 days before the wedding. They came in on time, but were not included in the suit bag. The worker handed me the suit bag and said I was all good to go. I said I wanted to try it on, and that's when I realized they were missing. Could have easily left without them. After dropping off the suit after my wedding, there were no questions, congratulations, or any comments about how the wedding went, or even how the suit turned out. Simply "is it all in there? Ok, have a good one" While the suit did look great, the overall experience was one I will always regret. Out of all the planning and work involved in making a wedding go well, I never expected the suit fitting to​ be the worst part of it all.

Very friendly staff who are extremely helpful. No pushy sales, they make recommendations that actually help and don't leave you with buyers remorse.

Service is pretty slow, selection is moderate.

Bit pricey, but decent selection of dress shirts, pants and suits.
