I tried to order flowers for my girlfriend and had a simple request: I wanted him to send me a picture of the bouquet he will deliver. Despite our conversation being civil and friendly prior, he responds to me by saying ‘no we can not send a picture, you have to trust us’ and then hangs up in my face. I was shocked and did not comprehend what just happened. Rarely do I give a 1 star, but this time I kind of wished that google had a 0 star option. This is not a way to conduct business nor treat clients. Disgraceful

I wish I could give a negative star because even 1 star is too much. I tried ordering from them on the phone, and the operator was extremely rude, impatient and hung up the phone without taking my order. I was extremely polite and respectful yet received horrible service.
