The staff are sweet and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experienced being served by Laurence. I was having a crummy day, so I decided to randomly walk into the shop to gain new perspective. She introduced me to some Orchids, which I ended up buying and left very happy :D

I ordered a 130$ worth bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered for valentines day. The flowers were delivered in the worst condition ever, the vase was cracked and they did NOT deliver the teddy bear at all!!! My worst experience was with their customer service and also the manager as they refused to accept their fault and no compensations at all.

Sonia is an artist, and her arrangements are inspiring and original. It is wonderful to deal directly with experts. I have been going there for years and each bouquet has been special.

Sadly, my husband's aunt passed recently and we journeyed to Montréal for the funeral. I remembered everything for the trip....except to order the flowers. There we were, on the train, three hours to go before the first visitation at the funeral home and I called Depot des Fleurs in a panic. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the staff was. We arrived at the funeral home to the most beautiful arrangement of flowers and it was ordered, assembled and delivered within two hours. They did us proud and I can never thank them enough. To Depot des Fleurs--heartfelt thanks from Kevin and Liz Young from Toronto. You eased our grief and helped us through a very very difficult time.

Called for a flower delivery today and was told that they don’t deliver 20$ bouquets 💐 about 6 blocks away. Your reviews aren’t very positive and here’s another BAD REVIEW! Another customer that you will never see again
