I live in Toronto and ordered flowers for my mother who lives in Montreal. My mother mistakenly thought some of the garnish was dried flowers (they were not). When I called the shop, they quickly took care of the issue, went back to my mother's house and replaced the flowers with another super beautiful bouquet, at no extra cost. They also sent me a picture of both bouquets to show me that they were both beautiful. I highly recommend this shop - they truly stand by their guarantee and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

They are a great friendly couple who will help you with anything and do their best to get exactly what you asked for! They have a great variety of plants and beautiful flowers. I have been running everywhere to find cactuses and they are the only ones who Thank had them around me. Plus they were beautiful with multiple choices! They are one of the best flower/plant shops I've had the chance to visit in Montreal. Great prices too!
