I ordered 2 bouquets for my sons 1st birthday. When I opened the box I was shocked. I started to cry because his birthday was the next day and I knew I have to buy a new bouquets. What was delivered is flowers that are completely wilted and they were white color I was ordering the blue ones!! I called the customer service immediately and even sent them the pics of the “bouquets “ but I was told that they think the bouquet looks lovely with fresh flowers and I should not be disappointed. What?!??? I paid 50$ for the garbage and they didn’t want to give me a refund! Absolutely unbelievable!! The worst company in the world! Please people don’t order from them. They are crooks..
I used Bloomex online to send a flowering plant for a Get Well gift. I received prompted emails about my order, confirmation and delivery notification. It was simple to use! Bloomex did send 3 blooming flowering plants with a tropical plant as advertised in a basket. The plant basket looks lush and fresh. Our friend found them lovely!
I ordered a “supersize” bouquet for corporate purposes. What was delivered was a regular sized bouquet of flowers that are dying 2 days later despite following the instructions on the packaging. The entire company agreed on how disappointing and pathetic the bouquet looked for what I had ordered and paid for. I contacted customer service right after the delivery, and was told that they think the bouquet looks lovely with fresh flowers and I should not be disappointed. Offered no solutions. We will not be ordering from here again.
My experience has been very positive; the flowers are fresh and very beautiful, with extra care given to the arrangements and variety. The blooms usually last a long time and are correctly delivered. It has been easy to order too, and they communicate well with you. Also, the prices are better than other florists I have used. It's a wonderful way to send love and care to someone I have found, and I appreciate that I can rely on Bloomex! They will do their best under all circumstances.
Ordered for Mother's Day. Wanted to make my mother feel special, but she felt the opposite. Flowers were yellow & wilted. The bag they came in was wrinkled & pre-owned. POOR QUALITY! Customer service refused to refund me. Will not be ordering from them ever again.
I have been consistently pleased with the service from Bloomex. They were easy to reach, very knowledgeable and friendly and gave excellent advice. My gifts arrived exactly as I wished and the recipients raved about the quality of the presents. I highly recommend Bloomex and will continue to use them happy.
Very impressed with the quality and quantity! Fast and same day delivery.I’ve spend hundreds of $$$ but never as beautiful as Bloomex and Bloomex is very affordable.This will be my go to Flower Shop.
I really love working with Bloomex. Always so many wonderful selections and so easy to order online. Whether sending gifts for funerals, birthdays, or special thank-you gifts, there always seems to be the exact item I would want to send. Thank you for all you do in happy times and sad times. And we've always gotten so many compliments on the flowers we've sent.
Since my sister lives in Vancouver and I live in Halifax, I selected Bloomex for a special birthday gift. I like working directly with a local florist rather than a wire service. As retired florists, my husband and I were very pleased with the flowers my sister received. She sent us a picture and they were very close to the photo on the website. The flowers and greens looked really fresh. I added a small box of chocolates which made the gift a little "sweeter".
Great local service! Easy and beautiful flowers. Not only that they didn't have the exact vase that I had ordered so she called to discuss options. A lot of times when you order online they don't look the way they are supposed and filled with "cheap floral fillers" .. not these! I would definitely recommend and order again. Thank you so much!
