The best bagels since Montreal. Wood oven baked/ roasted! Hand made, tasty varieties although we seem stuck on sesame and poppy seed. Order an extra 1/2 dozen for eating in the car still warm!!!

These are probably the best bagels in the city. I used to spend a fair amount of time in Montreal when I was younger, and these are authentic. Great texture - chewy. It is far from where I live, so I don't get her as often as I would like, but if you are in the area, you should try it.
My favourite bagel shop in Calgary. I always seem to come at the right time because the bagels are always hot. These bagels are boiled and then wood fired. This results in a soft and chewy bagel. I get 2 dozen every time and they are gone in 2 days in our home.
Tremendous smoked salmon sandwich with all the right fixings: rich cream cheese, crisp red onion, capers and a tomato slice. And the bagel is of course perfect Montreal style, sweet with a nice dense chew.
Only bagels I buy EVER. I recommend this shop to everyone I know. We do a weekly stock up for my family and my parents. We are from Montreal and this is a taste of home for us.
