One of my new favourite stops while I am in Calgary. There is everything keto available in this store. There are fat bombs sweet and savory, cookies, squares, pizza, zero sugar syrups I picked up the chocolate chip cookie dough flavour. I cannot wait to go back and try some more goods.
So many options for the keto diet folks and also if you're not, its still worth a visit. They have a lot of different baked goods with descriptions and breakdown as per the keto macros calculations. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. It is not your typical bakery.
I found this place close to home as my mom is GF and its hard to find cake for her on special occasions. The place is cute, warm and inviting. The shelfs were kind bare, i feel like its bcuz i went 1st thing in the morning when they opened. They have a variety of GF cheese cake slices and cupcakes and milk free slices of cheese cake too. They have frozen soups too and keto perogies and ice cream. In the back they have protien powders. They offer coffees and a few other drinks. The cheese cake slices i got were delicious and rich. Same with the cupcakes. The only downfall is that i paid 70$ for a box of cupcakes and 3 cheese cake slice boxes. Thats ALOT.
Wonderful tasty and unbelievable beautiful cakes! We got a birthday cake from there and it was so moist and tasty you would have no idea it was keto. The sweetness was perfect, not over the top like other places. The cake decorations were gorgeous with fresh cut flowers. If you are on a keto plan this is the place to go for treats! I highly recommend them. Yes, maybe prices are a little higher, but the amount of work and the high cost of sweeteners is the reason why. You will not be disappointed!
Friendly staff. They offer a variety of keto items. I enjoyed the keto everything bagels and fat bombs!
Wowwie! A truly incredible selection of sweet and savory treats that anyone ok a low carb or keto diet can eat. Super friendly service as well. HUGE fan of the listing of macros for all the treats in the refrigerator. Totally helped me pick what I wanted to buy. I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted. I'll have to come back and try more.
Vegans be careful - many things are incorrectly listed as vegan on their website. I had inquired about their vegan products when I visited the store and the staff member had offered several things as vegan, but later disclosed that they had egg powder in them. The staff member assured me that the bounty cups were vegan so I had purchased them, but then noticed the label had powdered milk as one of the main ingredients not as "may contain" - they were kind enough to refund me, and did answer my many questions which I appreciated. My non-vegan friend purchased the lemon poppy seed loaf which is listed as vegan on their website, but the first ingredient on the label was egg. I just don't think they know what vegan means unfortunately.
What a lovely shop. We’ve ordered there desert platters for clinic events and parties. Perfect for all our patients and friends that can’t eat gluten or sugar. The owner is such a great help and has the most amazing energy. Thanks for the hard work.
The lemon Poppyseed Loaf is very tasty. And gluten-free and dairy free! Doesn’t need anything on it!
Such great keto treats! We tried bunch of different treats, for a birthday… I didn’t even get pictures of the cupcakes because they went so fast! They are delicious! they taste best at room temperature.Other highlights are the buttered rum fat bombs and the macadamia nut cookies! Cheese buns were fabulous Will come back for more!
