Story

Montreal Images ouvre sa première boutique d'encadrement en janvier 1991, alors que Peter Pavsek et François Patenaude saisissent leur première opportunité d'affaire en achetant la galerie 3536 sur le boulevard St-Laurent.

Amis d'enfance, Peter et François discutent depuis longtemps de devenir partenaires d'affaire. Cette belle complicité et un fort désir de relever des défis accélèrent la croissance de l'entreprise avec l'ouverture de trois nouvelles boutiques entre 1992 et 2002.

La dernière acquisition sur la promenade Fleury nous permet d'agrandir l'atelier d'encadrement qui se trouvait dans un trop petit espace à l'arrière de la boutique, rue St-Laurent, depuis mars 2000. Cela fait donc 16 ans que nous sommes fiers et heureux d'égayer les foyers de gens venant des quatre coins de la province.

Cool art work here. You can find postcards and some souvenir goods too. But they are pricier than other places. There is a post card collection of Tintin too which I liked but way too expensive.
I had a canvase hand painted mounted on a frame done here...the two week waiting period was certainly worth it..flawless job!
Forgot to call us when our command was ready, which is not so bad. Our laminated smelled so bad we had to put it away for 4 months before we could hang it!
This is a fantastic little art shop. Expect to speak French.
