Super friendly and helpful service from the young lady with the piercings. Got a FedEx package delivered there and she was onto it! Took less than 2 minutes.
I don't often make reviews, but this experience had to be shared I don't know what quality of service they offer for printing purposes, but they are horrible for Purolator package pickups Incredibly limited opening hours: 9am to 5pm, M to F only?? How does anyone that works a job manage to pick up their packages Additionally, our package wasn't even there when we finally managed to go while it was open. But fine, maybe that's not CDM Print's fault. However, what stood out was the rude service and poor attitude from the front desk woman during that visit. No interest in helping, unwelcoming behavior To be avoided if possible July 8th 2022 Update: the owner says the complaints should be directed to Purolator, I have adjusted the review. My complaints are specifically about the store's opening hours + very poor customer service. 0/5

The owner was very condescending. They made a mistake twice on the same order and still forced us to pay. When I called them to find a solution the owner hang up on me and said I didn't know how Graphic Design worked. Printing and Designing are two different professions. I would not recommend his services. Terrible customer service from the owner.

CDM Print is great! Full of professionals who do good work with great turnaround times. I had a batch of calendars made there and they finished them quickly, consulting me every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
Ridiculous prices for regular black and white printing. They charge you to use their computers to pull up the file you want to print with a minimum time of 10 minutes even if it takes you 10 seconds. About 4-5x the price of regular print shops. Go downtown for better service & better prices if you can, otherwise for regular copies you’re better off just using the self-serve printer at Pharmaprix a few blocks down.
I've been working in the area for over 15 years and CDMprint has always been the go-to place for my work and personal printing projects. I am very satisfied with the services and quality of the prints they offer. Although the CDMprint team has always been friendly and helpful, I'd like to give a shout out to one of their team members, Et-Anne who has been patient, helpful, and very professional with my printing needs the last couple of months. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you!
Bad experience every time. 10 minutes before the guy working there even looked at me though I was directly in front of him. Printed a few pages and then had to wait again to pay.
