AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Aside from the very slow service and requiring the attendant to redo the work 3 times, their machine dirtied my original scores ! The feeder clearly had an ink stain and it transfered onto my copies. The owner then claimed it was my imagination. I cannot submit dirty smudged compositions, and the owner proposed no solution. Had to walk away to protect my work. Hours of work ahead trying to clean up what he did. Those are my originals in the photo.

This place is perfect. The people who work there are efficient and polite. There are Mac computers and PC’s; both are in great condition and you can use them and print your stuff with no problem. Internet connection is fast. The prices are the best. I totally recommend this place.

I have been coming here for years and have no complaints. From using their copy machines to printing from their computers to having books spiralled and even placing printing projects online, they have always been efficient and highly reasonable price wise. My go-to place for any printing needs.

This place is horrible. WORST SERVICE EVER. I spent two hours there just for some regular print outs. Nothing special. Really expensive. They add on costs to just about anything. Ended up being 3-4 times the price of my regular print shop, Zoubris. The owner seems to only care about her bigger clients. The staff is unfriendly, perhaps underpaid? Please do not go there, there are way friendlier and better print shops, where they actually care about the customers, in the Mile End.

This place is great for last minute jobs and definitely those due Mondays since they are open weekends. Print quality: More than acceptable Pricing: In the norms I usually deal with a different print. Since I've been dealing with them for a while, I am given a discount which makes copie2000 a last resort.

Arrogant inefficient staff, long wait, and poor quality of work and service. Worst part it's expensive compared to the competition. Looks good, professional, and big from the outside. I read another review where a person warns you of your files... It is true I did scans there several months ago and ended with someones passport photo in my stuff.

Called them to ask what's the best procedure to print an image quickly on a specific format. Was told there was no problem with my format, to just come to the store. I sent my employee. He was told after 20 minutes that it was not possible. They'll say anything over the phone to get rid of you. Bad service.

Great service, and if they mess up a detail they will correct it quickly without charge. Fast service and fair prices on the copy side. On the printing side, its very slow service and less precise. Make sure you have time when you go over to print something.

Very impressed, even though busy they quickly printed and bound some pdf sheet music for me, with various options, at an really good price. Friendly too.
