Here you must be prepare your files and give to them. The staff are nice, service is fast but they close at 5pm. Sometimes, I couldn't reach them!
I appreciate that the staff took the time to help me fix my posters and business cards. The employee was very nice and knowledgeable about editing programs. Good and quick customer service! Printing is satisfying and pretty quick too!

Friendly, fast and professional service. I was very impressed! They also offer speciality services such as large sign printing, book embossing and more.
This place gets five stars because they are helpful and generous. There was always a staff member here to help me with complex projects and they did a good job meeting my picky requirements. Sometimes I would come in a rush and needed one or two pages copied; they often gave them to me for free. When I asked why, they just told me, "don't worry about it".

Absolutely disappointed. I have been going to Copie Nova to print posters for conferences for years because they are fast and have great costumer service. However, I think today is my last visit. The poster came in this unsightly box that was held together by tape. If you are presenting locally then it's fine, although beware of any sort of rain, because there are holes in the box. But if you are like me and travel for conferences, this box is a piece of garbage - I cannot possibly travel with it. When I said this to the lady, her response was that it was too expensive for her to order the regular poster tubes which come with a lid because they 'charged her $75 to ship, and she orders 25 at a time". What?? Then order more! Why is that an excuse? When you charge over $30 more than the competitors across the street to print the exact same poster, I expect at the very least that my poster comes with a tube. This is unacceptable. If I had known that they changed their service I would've gone with another place. Now I am stuck with a poster that I need to go buy a tube for so that I can travel with it tomorrow. Completely disappointed. What a shame.
