3 try's at getting a drink that was not flat.. Ended up drinking water. Waited an hour for food with 10 people in the restaurant.... You should also know that in the drink menu it says 2 for 10$ starters... But not all starters are on for that deal apparently.... Nothing like leading people on. No accountability these days... Look at the reviews, lots of bad reviews same complaints. Obviously management are ok with this or it would change. Go to Boston Pizza if you want a restaurant that cares about customer service.

The service was absolutely horrible. We had a group of about 15 and the waiter messed up half of the orders. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was very fatty but I was pretty hungry so I started eatting the sandwich. One other lady ordered the same thing, there was one piece if pork that was so disgusting you couldn't even chew the meat. They didn't even check how mime was and I ate very little of it because I lost my appetite after seeing how gross the other one was. I mentioned how fatty the meat was and the waiter didn't seem to care at all. Then she took an hour to bring the bill and only used one debit machine so it was very slow. I used to come to this Montana's every once in a while, but after today I won't being coming back anytime soon.

Went in on Oct 21, 2017. first thing i notice is how not clean it was and in need of repair. food was cold and tasted like it was made yesterday. did not have product to complete meal. in the bathroom the urinals were full of piss as they did not flush and it smelled of urine. one of the sinks was plugged with black water. i will never go back to this Montana's again. my server was ok they seem very under staffed and where the hell is the management as this place could be so much better but its not :(

Been to a few Montana's and have never had worse food than the Kamloops location! All 6 of us agreed it was poorly made. Too bad.

Service is slow and food is over priced compared to other similar chains. It took an hour top get the pulled pork sandwich. Kids meals were ordered separately and still took over 30 mins, for a grilled cheese and noodles. Very disappointing!
